A leading company is seeking temporary customer service staff to assist with tax obligations through digital services. Candidates must possess at least 'A' Levels or a diploma, have good communication skills, and be self-motivated. The role runs for at least 3 months starting mid/late June 2025, working Monday to Friday.
Contract Duration:Commence from mid/late-June 2025 for at least 3 months (preferably until October 2025)
Work Location:Novena MRT
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
Salary: $13.60/hour
As temporary staff, you effectively encourage the fulfillment of tax obligations through our digital services and help build a socially responsible taxpaying community.
Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbot
Minimum 'A' Levels/Diploma in any discipline
Prior customer service background
Good written and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to handle >20 cases per day
Able to commit immediately and at least for 3 months
Preferably no long leave periods during the first month of employment
