A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist for a 3-month initial contract, with the potential for permanent employment. The role involves providing support for Purchase Orders, invoicing, and general administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Initial 3-month contract, with potential conversion to permanent employment based on performance review.
Pay adjustment subject to review of capabilities after the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for all local Purchase Orders and group POs (subcontractors/non-Trafigura entities).
Handle invoicing for Operational Executive’s projects.
Undergo training on billing skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support the team’s operational needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Mature, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with invoicing and purchase order processes is an advantage.
