Job summary

A reputable staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract role in Jurong West. The candidate will be responsible for document management, including scanning and photocopying, facilitating investigations, and assisting with logistics. A GCE ‘A’ Level or Polytechnic Diploma is required. Competitive salary of up to S$2,400 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • GCE ‘A’ Level or Polytechnic Diploma holder required.
  • Preferably with some relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and photocopying documents.
  • Facilitating IOs to retrieve and copy documents.
  • Sending and collecting Investigation Papers from AGC.

  • Facilitating the Investigation Officers (IOs) to retrieve documents from seized items and to make copies/scans
  • Sending and collecting Investigation Papers (IPs) from Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC)
  • Recording IP movement
  • Assisting with logistics such as packing documents, facilitating the return of documents with the IOs
