About the Role

Temp Part-Time Administrative Assistant (2-day work week)

To provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of training including booking of classrooms and other logistical arrangements such as refreshments and class setup

  • Administer employees’ course enrolments, registrations and confirmation for both in-house and public run courses. This includes registering on behalf or providing specific registration instructions.

  • Collate training evaluations and administer other follow ups

  • Setup and maintain course information / training data in SAP for retrieval and Analysis

Who we are looking for

  • GCE O level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus

Working Schedule

2 days per week, 8.30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

Rate of Pay

$10.50 per hour
