Temporary Accounts Executive

BW Epic Kosan owns and operates a fleet of 48 modern and high quality fully pressurised, semi-refrigerated and ethylene capable gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquified petroleum gas (LPG), petrochemicals and other speciality gases. We are headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Copenhagen, Manila and Tokyo. Our vessels serve as a crucial link in the international gas supply chains of leading oil majors and commodity trading houses throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, West Africa and the Americas. We employ approximately 2000 seafarers and a multi-national team of 200 shore-based staff.

• Scanning and processing of purchase invoices
• Arranging of urgent payments
• Preparing of bank reconciliation
• Arranging Cash to Master ("CTM") payment
• Following up on Account Receivables and Account Payables balances
• Assist with Netsuite Warehouse and Analytics project, specifically clean-up of data and help build search reports
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accounting
• Preferably 1 to 2 years in related experience
• Good numerical and analytical skills, experience in data analytics or visual dashboard creation skills

Please note this is a 3 month Temporary position, with potential to convert to full time role depending on performance and business needs.
