Job description

Job Scope:
This is an individual contributor role within MOH’s Internal Audit Office (IAO). The officer will assist the IAO team in performing financial, compliance, and process audits according to the annual audit work plan. Responsibilities include conducting independent reviews of the Ministry’s functions to ensure:

• Adequate internal controls are in place
• Compliance with regulations and procedures
• Reliability and accuracy of financial records

Relevant Experience:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CIA are an advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in audit (internal audit preferred)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools is an added advantage
