What the role is:
The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG), under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and administratively managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), plans and prioritizes key Smart Nation and digital government projects, raises the standards of Government ICT and services, builds long-term capabilities for the public sector, and promotes adoption and participation in digital and smart innovations. It takes a whole-of-nation effort, and we will actively engage the public, the industry and fellow agencies as we build a Smart Nation together.The Leadership and Talent Management (LTM) team in Workforce Development Division, SNDG ensures a strong leadership bench strength for the Government Information and Communications Technology and Smart Systems (ICT&SS) sector, through effective and collective talent management, in partnership with Ministries and Statutory Boards (“agencies”).
What you will be working on:
• Update and maintain talent database• Support secretariat in scheduling of meetings, engagement sessions, interviews etc.• Support end-to-end interview processes by preparing candidate materials, coordinating room logistics, and after-action reviews including data entry.• Consolidate and track returns from agencies e.g. succession planning, scholarships.• Support end-to-end event coordination, from pre-event planning and registration tracking to on-site logistics and setup.• Assist with conducting interviews/ focus group discussions with interns.• Track completion of development interventions and evaluation.• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

About Ministry of Digital Development and Information
The Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) drives Singapore’s digital development in four key domains — the economy, government, security, and society. MDDI oversees the development of the infocomm technology, cybersecurity, and media sectors; the Government’s digitalisation initiatives; and the national library, national archives, and public libraries. The Ministry is also responsible for effective public communications, and the Government’s information and public communication policies.
