A leading HR services firm in Singapore is seeking a Temp Senior Executive Assistant to provide critical support in HR functions and assist in policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources and 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling of confidential data is required. Job Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
* Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
* Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
* Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
* Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
* Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Shared Services.
* Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
* Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
* Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
* IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
