Job summary

JUST TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Data Governance & Migration Coordinator to support the Enterprise Data Warehouse deplatforming and related data governance tasks in Singapore.

You will assist migration, validate datasets, document reports, and coordinate testing with users, IT, and vendors. Strong skills in Excel and Power BI, plus experience in data management and project coordination, are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and coursework in data management, BI, analytics and project management.
• Interest in healthcare analytics, data governance, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and analytics methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist migration and retirement activities for the legacy EDW.
• Validate and reconcile migrated datasets.
• Document reports, dashboards and data assets for governance.
• Coordinate testing between users, tech teams and vendors.
• Track migration progress and project deliverables.
• Provide admin support for data migration activities.
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs and testing outcomes.
• Follow up with stakeholders on data validation actions.
