Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a data migration support specialist in Singapore to drive validation and reconciliation activities during a data migration project. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy across SAP Hana systems and Excel sources, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Contract duration until End October 2026, Monday to Friday, 08:30am–06:00pm, located at East near Changi Airport; training provided for data comparison processes and a fast-paced project go-live in early

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate).
• Comfortable handling large data volumes and performing detailed data checks.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in data verification, reconciliation, or data migration projects is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP HANA would be an added advantage.
• Finance or Accounting knowledge preferred to relate to reconciliation work.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration and system implementation activities.
• Handle large datasets and spreadsheets for data validation and verification.
• Perform data cleansing, pre-load and post-load checks.
• Verify migrated data against Excel source files.
• Conduct reconciliation work to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
• Compare data across systems and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving data issues and maintaining data integrity.
• Support project activities leading up to the planned go-live in early October.
