Job summary

FAST CAREER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a part-time retail assistant to support daily sales and customer service across Orchard, Jurong, or Tampines outlets.

The role requires weekend and public holiday availability, with 4–5 days per week and 6–8 hour shifts during retail hours. Training will be provided, no prior experience required. Salary is SGD 12 per hour with potential for higher rates during peak periods.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Outspoken and confident in interacting with customers.
• Comfortable promoting and recommending products to achieve sales targets.
• Must be able to work weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases and enquiries.
• Handle retail collection and online order packing.
• Recommend and upsell products to customers.
• Ensure a smooth shopping experience across all service channels.
• Pack orders for delivery.
• Perform general retail duties as assigned.
