A leading recruitment agency is seeking client-facing support staff for a retail environment. Candidates will greet and assist clients, manage queues, and maintain organized back-of-house operations. The role requires at least a NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree and a preference for retail experience, providing a great opportunity to apply customer service skills in a vibrant setting.
• Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact. Assist in back of house duties.
• Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest
• Manage queue (if any) and communicate with Event Coordinator on the clients in line
• Maintain a neat, organized back-of-house environment
• Follow the Company's policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks assigned by your supervisor
