Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a 3-month contract, focusing on the closing accounts of a major infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil and structural projects, with a strong ability to manage and finalize project costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Final Account Preparation: Prepare and finalize the final accounts for the project, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring expenditures are within the budget.
• Valuation and Payments: Conduct valuations and process payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Contract Administration: Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project closure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on civil and structural projects.
