Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a 3 months temporary Patient Service Associate to support healthcare clients. The role includes promoting the HealthHub app, helping patients download it, and guiding use at self-payment and self-registration kiosks with mobile payment education.

Shift work is required (Mon-Fri and some Saturday sessions). Contract runs 7 Sept to 27 Nov 2026, with potential extension based on needs. Shortlisting applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A levels completed.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Can commit to shift pattern: Weekdays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Promote HealthHub app and assist patients to download the app.
• Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
• Provide support as and when required.
