TEMP PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (5.5 DAYS, ISLAND WIDE) #HKN

Location: Island Wide
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Weekends availability

Salary: $13 / hr

Job Description:

• Report to laboratory or radiographer in-charge
• Provide frontline customer service and patients' general enquiries
• Register patients for consultation
• Cashier duties which includes reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash
• Registration of patients, helping to reschedule appointments
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/ A levels/ Diploma in any discipline
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• Willing to travel and work on weekends
• Able to stand for long hours
• Experience in customer service or healthcare industry
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and willing to learn
• Able to start work immediately
• 3-6 months Temp assignment
• Long term contract/ perm positions are also available
