Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Finance Operations with the key purpose of performing analysis, co-design and oversee the development of revenue application systems for facility bookings, programmes, and swim passes with Business Users, with a focus on user centricity while balancing governance and implementing robust reporting capabilities and internal controls

In this role, You will,

· Lead the finance requirement gathering and user acceptance testing in the development of integrated revenue management systems, focusing on facility bookings (individual and corporate), programme registrations, and swim pass management to ensure seamless user experience and operational efficiency.

· Design and develop comprehensive finance reports that enable accurate revenue tracking, usage patterns analysis, and financial reconciliation across all revenue streams, working closely with finance and operational teams to meet their reporting requirements.

· Establish and implement internal control mechanisms within the revenue management system to ensure data integrity, prevent revenue leakage, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

· Review and approve reconciliations as well as exception reports, and follow up on discrepancies if any.

· Supervise the MyActiveSG+ team to ensure proper processing of e-Wallet Credit refunds, accurate posting of accounting entries, preparation of audit schedules to supporting corporate and refund requests.

· Execute other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • Background in Business or Accountancy, ACCA qualification or equivalent.

  • Preferably 8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong background in financial systems and revenue management applications.

  • Good knowledge of internal controls.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (e.g. excel) and IT savvy with using different systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
