A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract. The role involves collaborating with division leaders to provide HR solutions, supporting the development of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals, and contributing to workforce planning initiatives. Ideal candidates will hold a degree and possess strong interpersonal skills, being self-motivated and proficient in HR analytics. Immediate start available.

Job description

As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support Div workforce initiatives. You will:

  • Partner with divisions leaders to understand their needs and provide practical HR solutions
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Contribute to organisational design projects and workforce planning initiatives
  • Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organisational needs and employee aspirations are met.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
  • Analyse workforce data and prepare insightful reports that drive decision-making
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Degree and above
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has good understanding of HR analytics
  • A Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities

Duration:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
