• 1 year contract (renewable & convertible)
• Boon Lay
• Monday to Friday (8am - 5.45pm)
• Up to $2700 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance and support to end-users either remotely or on-site
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications
• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks
• Documenting technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Setting up and configuring new equipment and software for users
• Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
• Ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology-related studies
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
