The job holder is expected to execute administrative processes pertaining to compensation, performance management and manpower planning, including data verification, computations for accurate and timely payouts, and manpower billing.
The job holder is also expected to work with the team in streamlining HR processes through data cleansing and SOP development.
Support the team in Total Performance Management (TPM) administration such as data preparation and consolidation, promotion nominations, communication to employees and work with HRBPs to address employee queries related to TPM policy and processes.
Verify and compute manpower expenditure associated with employee deployment/secondment for accurate invoicing.
Compute and administer regular monthly and ad-hoc payments to employees in accordance with compensation schemes and policies, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compensation-related processes and assist in HRIS data cleansing.
Other administrative tasks such as award payouts to employees and user access management.
Requirements*
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration
Prior experience in HR administration will be advantageous
Strong attention to details and ability to manage confidential data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS system
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
Able to commit to a 6-month contract
