Salary: up to $16/hr
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Novena
Working hours: 42h per week, shifts

Shift timings:

• 7am - 4:30pm ($12/h)
• 9:30am - 7pm ($12/h)
• 11am - 8:30pm ($12/h)
• 8pm - 7:30am ($16/h)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests
• Ensure smooth traffic flow
• Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
• Liaise with other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement sets
• Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/diploma in any field
• Min 2 years of experience in customer service
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
