Job description

Temp Finance Executive (AP/AR/GL)
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm (expect OT until ~7:30–8:00pm, paid at 1.5X for hours beyond 42.5/week)
Pay Rate: up to $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR/GL functions for assigned accounts
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and approvals
• Schedule payments and ensure sufficient cashflow
• Manage queries on invoices and payments (internal & external stakeholders)
• Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliations
• Process PO requests in compliance with procurement policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders on finance matters
• Prepare journal entries and management accounts
• Support month-end & year-end closing activities
• Assist with internal & external audit queries
• Support system implementation projects & UAT
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
