About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive (6-Month Contract) to provide temporary coverage. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

This role will support day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable

  • Review and processing Advertising & Promotions (A&P) expenses claim

  • Posting of approved A&P expenses claim and A&P journal into SAP

  • Assist in annual budgeting with focus in sales and A&P expenses

  • Liaise with Marketing on forecast sales, A&P expenses, orders and stock holding

  • Any others project / assignment that will be directed by the superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, experience in full set of accounts advantageous

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications

  • Familiar with SAP ERP will be advantageous
