Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Temporary F&B Assistant to support the Hospital Food Services department. You will manage patient meal orders, prepare meal chits, handle inquiries, and assist with meal assembly and service operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role includes monitoring stock, coordinating deliveries, conducting patient satisfaction surveys, and processing staff meal orders and payments. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate.
• Able to handle heavy loads.
• Responsible and organised in a fast-paced hospital setting.
