Responsibilities
For the role of Finance Refund:
· Assist in refunding of E-Wallet Credits
· Attend to queries, complaints and feedback relating to refund requests
· Perform daily reconciliation of receipts via credit card and PayNow.
For the role of Finance General Processing:
· Process billings based on ActiveSG booking requests and work on receipting from customers.
· Prepare audit schedules for balance sheet items and track deferred revenue through reports.
· Support ActiveSG team in corporate booking requests
Job Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Strong writing and communication skills
· At least 2 years of experience in customer service/accounts/finance and administrative work
· Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards would be advantageous
