Overview

CHAMP (Population-based Chronic Disease Management Programme) is an innovative solution developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) to support self-management in chronic disease care. Through CHAMP, users can easily submit their vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate, using a WhatsApp-powered chatbot. The health data collected is then processed by ENDEAVOUR AI, which uses advanced segmentation logic to provide users with timely and personalised health and lifestyle nudges.

The Position Holder will assist in executing outreach marketing and publicity campaigns to expand CHAMP’s user base and enrolments. This role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare outreach, digital engagement, and strategic implementation.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Engage with potential enrolees, explaining the CHAMP programme and its benefits for chronic disease monitoring
  • Answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details
  • Distribute marketing collaterals to interested individuals
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area
  • Report daily engagement metrics (e.g., number of interactions)
  • Collect feedback from public about the event
  • Assist in setting up event booth
