Job description

Boon Lay
Company bus pickup to and from Boon Lay MRT
Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to trace/verify ductwork, piping, and utilities.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings (schematics, layout plans, P&IDs).
• Convert site data and engineer’s notes into clear technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry codes and company standards.
• Revise/update drawings based on site findings or scope changes.
• Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Utilities, Facility, and Maintenance teams.
• Perform dimensional checks to ensure drawing accuracy.

Requirements:

• Has prior experience with 2D AutoCAD and technical drafting.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with site walkdowns.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
