Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Officer for a 6-month period. The role focuses on checking system readiness, data entry, and verifying customer data before migration, with outbound calls when necessary.

Based in Singapore at Jurong East, you will follow approved migration schedules, record all actions, and collaborate with customers and the team to resolve issues. On-the-job training is provided, with working hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Able to commit Monday to Friday.
• On the job training provided.
• Working hours: 6.30am to 3.30pm in Jurong East.

Responsibilities

• Check system readiness, test functions, data entry and verify customer data before migration.
• Perform the migration according to the approved schedule and procedures.
• Track the migration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Make outbound calls when necessary.
• Troubleshoot, escalation and work with the customer and team to fix problems.
• Record all actions, issues, and outcomes throughout the migration process.
