Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle driver enquiries in person or over the phone regarding lost & found, service procedures, and operational matters.

  • Manage the return process for lost items, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate coordination.

  • Accurately update and maintain records in the internal system.

  • Provide responsive and professional customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

  • Able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Openings Available:

  • 1 x Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • 1 x Part-Time: 3-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
