A leading transportation company in Singapore is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Executive to manage driver inquiries and lost items. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in basic office software, ensuring high standards of customer service. Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Handle driver enquiries in person or over the phone regarding lost & found, service procedures, and operational matters.
Manage the return process for lost items, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate coordination.
Accurately update and maintain records in the internal system.
Provide responsive and professional customer service at all times.
Job Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
Able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Openings Available:
1 x Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
1 x Part-Time: 3-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
