Job Description:
Administer product certification and approval processes according to industry guidelines and standards.
Receive and verify approval requests from customers, ensuring all required information is complete.
Follow up with customers (via email) to collect necessary supporting documentation.
Verify quantities and details in invoices to ensure accuracy in approval requests.
Confirm proper use of approvals based on regional guidelines and provide advice to customers on necessary adjustments.
Ensure internal controls are in place to maintain compliance with approval processes and safeguard intellectual property.
Maintain and update customer databases to verify information and protect brand integrity.
Address customer, CSR, and marketing inquiries related to quality and compliance.
Coordinate certification tests and provide recommendations to marketing and other teams.
Issue approvals and advise customers if any guideline violations are identified.
Provide guidance to customers on the approval request process via the system.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service working experience; training will be provided.
High level of customer focus and professionalism.
Capable of thriving in a challenging and high-volume work environment, consistently meeting strict deadlines and effectively managing priorities.
Comfortable with data processing.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels.
Good interpersonal skills.
