A dynamic customer-centric individual is sought to join the customer service team at a food company in Singapore. The role involves generating daily customer orders, sorting invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. The position offers a shift from 8.30 am to 6 pm with a competitive salary of up to SGD 2,500 per month, plus overtime pay.

• Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for one dynamic and customer-centric individual to be a member of our customer service team.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met.
• Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/external portal.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customer.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Working location

23 Chin Bee Avenue (Nearest MRT station: Boon Lay)

Shift available

8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday, 1 Weekday and Sunday off,) (Earn up to $2500 + overtime pay)
