We are seeking Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations across Singapore!

• Carry out frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and cashiering when necessary
• Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist patients by chaperoning and clearly explaining medical procedures
• Provide language translation support for doctors when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage drug inventory effectively
• Uphold clinic cleanliness and a professional environment to promote a positive image
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine checks and audits within the clinic
• Oversee daily operational tasks, including the collection and compilation of patient management indicators
• Provide support across other clinic locations when needed

Job Requirements:

• Min. O-Levels/N levels/A-Levels/Diploma
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant clinic experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
