Temp/Contract Clinic/Dental Assistant (East, West, Central!! 5 days a week) #HYNT

We are looking to hire a Temp/Contract Clinic/Dental Assistant to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Guide patients and ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Take vital signs and assist in basic clinical procedures.
• Support doctors and nurses in daily operations.
• Handle administrative duties, including data entry and updating patient records.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the clinic.
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment, ensuring proper infection control procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain patient treatment areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Take and process dental X-rays as required.
• Assist with patient management, ensuring they feel at ease and comfortable during their visit.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients and educate them on oral health practices.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and managing clinic supplies.

Job Requirements:

• O-Levels/Diploma/A-Levels/NITEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience or certification in dental assisting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
