We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations across Singapore!

Job Description:

• Prepare patients for medical procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
• Support infection control protocols by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, organizing procedure trays, and preparing necessary materials.
• Assist healthcare professionals during medical procedures and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Deliver compassionate and attentive patient care, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Oversee patient care throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and clear communication at every stage.
• Perform administrative responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and contributing to efficient daily clinic operations.

Job Requirements:

• Min. O-Levels/N levels/A-Levels/Diploma
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant clinic experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
