Temp Call Centre Officers (5 May to 30 Jun/July 25) - Government Project $13/hr X 10

Job Scope:

1. Act as the first point of contact for the customers.
2. Support Client’s calls using the following sites.
3. Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary.
4. Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum A levels and above.
2. Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.
