What you will be working on:

Job Responsibilities:• Engage and coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders within the disability sport sector, to connect and strengthen development pathway.• Conduct para sport community of practice among practitioners to share best practices and build capabilities.• Establish partnerships with healthcare institutions, schools (both mainstream and special education) and community partners to strengthen awareness of para sport and increase participation.

What we are looking for:

Job Requirement:• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, Club management related work• Good understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem• Prior experience in project and stakeholder management• Deep understanding of both the sports sector and disability issues• Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching is preferred• Strong team player• Strong command of English, written and oral communication
