What the role is:
The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG), under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and administratively managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), plans and prioritizes key Smart Nation and digital government projects, raises the standards of Government ICT and services, builds long-term capabilities for the public sector, and promotes adoption and participation in digital and smart innovations. It takes a whole-of-nation effort, and we will actively engage the public, the industry and fellow agencies as we build a Smart Nation together.This temporary position within the Technology & Capability Division will be responsible for the grant administration tasks for on-going projects and new projects.
What you will be working on:
• Serve as the primary liaison officer with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers and government agencies• Support pre-award, award and post-award grant management activities, including coordinating proposal submissions, facilitating proposal evaluations and managing award processes• Manage grant administration duties, including claim verification, progress report reviews and report preparation• Plan and execute events, such as project sharing sessions• Maintain comprehensive records of grant documentation and applications• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

About Ministry of Digital Development and Information
The Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) drives Singapore’s digital development in four key domains — the economy, government, security, and society. MDDI oversees the development of the infocomm technology, cybersecurity, and media sectors; the Government’s digitalisation initiatives; and the national library, national archives, and public libraries. The Ministry is also responsible for effective public communications, and the Government’s information and public communication policies.
