What the role is:
To support Wellbeing and Career Mobility initiatives.
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities:
- Wellbeing: Conceptualise, organise, and manage wellbeing-related events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion.
- Support wellbeing initiatives that emphasise care for employees.
- Coordinate mental health workshops and training sessions.
- Facilitate other wellbeing initiatives such as health screening services, flu vaccinations, and Healthier SG programs to promote staff wellness.
Career Mobility:
- Assist in the pilot implementation of a new career development framework for a selected group of officers.
- Support the design and rollout of targeted communication campaigns (e.g., email series, videos, staff stories) to raise awareness of career opportunities within MDDI.
What we are looking for:
We prefer candidates with the following experience and attributes:
- Experience in Communications, Human Resources, or Events Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
