A leading HR firm seeks an HR Assistant to support daily operations and coordinate recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource or Business, be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Training will be provided, and successful applicants will assist with various HR functions within a team-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing
Assist HR Business Partners with daily operations
Coordinate interview arrangements and meeting schedules
Handle recruitment and onboarding for interns/temp staff
Support employee lifecycle events and orientation activities
Draft weekly welcome notes for new hires
Maintain HR documentation and filing systems
Process invoices and ensure confidentiality of records
Provide admin support for HR-related projects
What we're looking for
Diploma level in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
Training is provided
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
A team player with good communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
