Temp Admin Assistant (5.5 days office hours)

Job Scope
• Document handling, archiving and internal dispatch
• Coordinate clinic meetings and events, including logistics and catering
• Maintain assets and lost & found records
• Process documents for digital archiving, including scanning and quality assurance
• Verify proper indexing in Digital Document System
• Maintain consumables store and storage areas
• Oversee distribution of clinic collaterals and supplies

Requirements
• MIN N/O/A Level
• MIN 1 year of admin experience
