A Singapore-based company is seeking a candidate for a 1-month contract role in providing general administrative support. Responsibilities include data entry, document management, and ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have relevant admin experience or GCE 'O' levels and proficiency in MS Office. Attention to detail and a strong organizational ability are essential for this role.
Please note that this is a 1-month contract.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning and document management
Digitizing documents and ensuring all files are uploaded into the appropriate systems
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive company data
Assisting with any additional administrative tasks as required
Relevant admin experience or at least GCE 'O' levels preferred
Basic proficiency in English and software such as MS Office
Basic data entry experience will be an advantage
Prior experience in document management, filing, or clerical work is preferred
Ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently and accurately
Familiarity with office environments and administrative support tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
