Job description

To Cover for Maternity Leave Staff for 6 MONTHS

Requirements: Partial Accounting, Book-Keeping, Finance Background.

Your Role:

  1. Filing of Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Sales Invoices, including data entry for all daily retail sales receipts, issuing credit notes, and bank cash deposits.
  2. Calculating designer fees, sales commission payouts/refunds, updating staff leave records, and processing medical reports.
  3. Preparing month-end closing for accounts receivable, including contra entries and GST considerations.
  4. Monitoring and generating accounts receivable reports, debtor aging reports, and sending statements of accounts to customers.

Others: No quota for work permit applications.
