Accounting Officer

Period : 3 months contract (renewable base on project)

Salary : $12/hr

Working Days/Hours: 5 days work week / Officer hour

Working Location : Somerset

Responsibilities
  • Financial Accounting – Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
  • GST Compliance & Projects – Oversee GST reporting, submissions, and drive GST-related system/process improvements.
  • Finance Operations – Oversee payables, receivables, treasury functions, and streamline finance processes.
  • Finance Projects & Transformation – Lead or support finance improvement initiatives, systems upgrades, and cross-functional projects.
  • Management Reporting – Deliver timely management reports, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
