Job description

• Help our Banking clients transform to a new generation of Payments services by leveraging your knowledge of the Banking Industry and digital technologies.
• Build end-to-end offerings to support banks' transformation journeys and meet their business needs.
• Shape the best of the breed integration approach with clients' existing Business-IT Landscape.
• Participate in business and integration workshops, contribute to project delivery, recommend best-of-breed solutions, and manage or execute engagement across all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, build, test, and deployment.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• At least 11-14 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years working in TPH Payments solutions and technology teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Embedded and Standalone TPH functionalities, with implementation experience preferably for APAC or European banks.
• Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Temenos SaaS) and in-house hosting.
• Experience with payment vendor applications or gateways (e.g., FIS, SWIFT, Pay Tech) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in software architecture with strong command of integration architecture.
• Deep expertise in at least one payment scheme.
• Familiarity with SWIFT ISO20022, AS.2805 data dictionary, and data governance.
• Expertise in T24 API development standards, micro-services, middleware, queues, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in building highly resilient multi-cloud solutions and T24 deployment options.
• Knowledge of T24/TPH in modern design patterns and blueprinting practices.
• Strong understanding of data exploitation concepts.
• Knowledge of security, control, privacy, and compliance in financial services/payments domain.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, or other process modeling tools.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders to elicit requirements and articulate architecture vision and status.
• Ability to co-design and recommend strategic reference architectures and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, product strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Provide guidance on application and solution architecture, engineering principles, and digital application implementation using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Perform architecture assurance of solution designs without compromising quality.
• Develop standards, patterns, and best practices for creating reusable assets and accelerators.
• Ensure payment solutions align with risk management, security, and data operational principles.
• Contribute to the wider architects community and participate in improving design and engineering practices.
• Represent industry peak bodies and provide input for future scheme upgrades.
