The role:

This role offers you the opportunity to connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing general insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality and operational standards

  • Conduct outbound calls to clearly present and promote general insurance products to new and existing customers

  • Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products

  • Convert company-generated leads into successful sales

  • Ensure all call interactions comply with regulatory and quality assurance guidelines

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the database

Note: Comprehensive training will be provided. For those without GI Certifications, company will be providing training and covering exam fees.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / equivalent

  • Preferred experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services industry

  • Possession of General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) is an added advantage

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging various stakeholders

  • Confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator

  • Resilient in handling objections and rejection

  • Results-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
