Job description

Work Location: Raffles Place

Responsibilities:

  1. You will have the opportunity to market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
  2. Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
  3. Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
  4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  5. Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
  6. Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
  7. Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards

Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
