Telesales Executive – Insurance
An excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive – Insurance has just opened at one of the largest and most reputable financial institutions in Singapore.
Job Purpose:
Connect with customers via phone to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote insurance products to existing and new customers.
Convert leads into sales while meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and promotions during customer interactions.
Identify chances to offer additional products that match customer needs.
Ensure all calls follow company guidelines and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level equivalent qualification required.
Prior telesales, insurance, or banking experience is highly preferred.
Strong, confident communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
Goal-oriented with a positive, resilient, and sales-driven mindset.
