Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

• Work Week:

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Diploma Holders with good communication, telephone techniques, interpersonal skills, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle clients/customers in Mandarin and English.
• Business Type: IT, Computer Accessories & Office Equipment Supply Service.
• Familiar with ERP systems, product knowledge for printers & supplies, computers & peripherals, network services & accessories, and the IT services industry.
• Serve as Account Manager to corporate customers.
• Request and prepare business processes including quotations and tender submissions for new projects.
• Manage customer credit status, sales orders, customer service, and support, ensuring timely delivery after sales.
• Adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity and operational efficiency.
