Job Description

1. Serve as Account Manager to Corporate Customer Accounts.
2. Perform Business Processes Including Quotation & Tender Submission.
3. Follow up to secure sales, prepare sales orders, schedule delivery, manage customer credit status, and provide customer services & support.
4. Maintain good customer relationships.
5. Stay aware of emerging technologies & new product offers in the I.T. industry.
6. Adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity & operational efficiency.
