The role of the Telesales Executive encompasses job responsibilities that includes prospecting, presentation and lead generation. The ideal candidate is one who is comfortable in making prospecting calls, building an impactful and positive first impression, and conveys marketing message in a clear manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting services.
• Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to engage prospects and close sales deals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive telesales efforts.
• Document and update customer information, including interactions, in the company's database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving sales processes and achieving overall business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
