Details:

$3800 - $6000 + AWS + Transport & Mobile allowance + on target earnings
Monday - Friday | Corporate Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and growth through cold/warm calling
  • Develop and execute sales plan through calls for new business and existing client growth
  • Convert leads to customers using sales expertise and product knowledge
  • Maintain and expand service knowledge for optimal customer service
  • Build strong client relationships to maximize account growth and minimize attrition
  • Ensure cost-effective customer agreements align with profit margin standards
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and customer data in the CRM
  • Coordinate and resolve customer issues through the relevant department

Requirements:

  • 3 years of account management/development and B2B sales experience in a service-related industry
  • Familiar with the International Express/ Air Transportation industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in account management of large enterprise customers
  • Good track record of working with other functional teams
  • Strong teamwork / collaboration skills
  • Degree in Business or related discipline
